2D games? from Japan? In MY Xbox 360?

Idea Factory is working on a new strategy RPG for Xbox 360 called Apocalypse: Desire Next. Not too many details on the game yet, apart from a few screenshots from an announcement made by Microsoft in a pre-TGS press event. The game is slated for a November release in Japan.

What's interesting is that, I'm not sure if the 360 is the appropriate system for such a game, the 360's major demographic being Halo players, and that assumes two things that are bad for this game already: One, the players play mostly FPS games; and two, they play only FPS games with pretty 3D graphics.

And that is why this game will probably never reach the States. :(
