Guitar Hero III's official release date is October 28, 2007, but some guy managed to get his copy a week and some days early. And he took pictures as proof. He says he got it from Toys 'R' Us, so you might wanna go there soon.
Although, there's the possibility that it's just someone from Activision or someone who has close ties to the company getting his viral marketing on...or just messing with us.
